It's an introductory course of genomics for undergraduates. Briefly, it has a series of lectures covering 3 major questions: 1) how to sequence a genome? 2) How to decode the genome? 3) How to synthesize a genome?.

It introduces experimental and computational technologies for decoding the genome.
